Southwest Edmonton is best known for its ravines, walking trails and river valleys. Southeast Edmonton is divided into three main districts. The oldest is Mill Woods which encompasses 29 mature neighbourhoods. West Edmonton is, of course, best known for its large shopping Mall. Homes for sale range vastly in price with the least expensive near the mall and the most expensive further south near Lessard. The highest turn over rate for west Edmonton houses is in the Callingwood area which is also well known for the Farmers Market.

West Central Edmonton is divided into two main income demographics. In the Glenora area, the properties are absolutely beautiful with particular attention to detail during the construction.
